The customer service rep Cristi was excellent. She kept me up to date and informed. The process between Suburban and Herts was great. I have however noticed a few things still wrong w the Jeep which I will call and address. My sensor light for tire pressure is stuck on but the tires are fine. Also I asked them to have a complete oil change and check done. It was supposed to be sent to the dealer to be changed but it did not. Also there is a small odd rattling sound? I realize and hope all these things can be fixed however it is an inconvenience. I am very busy. I work two jobs and take care of my elderly father.
