Matthew was excellent he regularly called me with updates. The vehicle looks brand new! In addition, when Matthew called to let me know my vehicle was finished I was at work. He made a second call and I had just gotten off because of an incident that happened at work. The receptionist waited for almost 8-10 minutes after closing time since I work in Banning. Great customer service!

Engine had violent sprayed all over it, parts were left in back of my vehicle and some one rummaged through the center console pulled everything out and through it in the middle row. Papers and content was all over the place. This is unacceptable! I called the manager, sent him a picture and have not heard back yet on who did this and how it will be felt with. I would not bring my car back to this place.
