I realize that the delays encountered were necessary . Perhaps you should be more conservative when giving estimates on day of completion. In my case , the completion day was changed 5 times!

The car feels like it's driving much harder than it did prior to the accident, like the emergency break is partially engaged or something. I also seem to have gotten a respiratory infection from the dust left in the car, but otherwise I'm very satisfied with the level of service!
