When the appraisal was done on January 23, I asked Mike Becker if CDE could touch up the driver's side mirror. He said that CDE would do so.
When I dropped off the car, I wrote that on the outside of the envelope containing the keys. I also wrote that on a copy of the appraisal which was in the envelope.
Despite asking for this THREE times, the work was not done.
