I was annoyed by the fact that I didn't receive a call ahead of time, being informed that my recall couldn't be done at the same time as my body repair. I had to call the Repair Shop and find out the information the day I was scheduled to pick up my vehicle, which is a huge inconvenience. I was told by the lady in the repair shop that I would have to call Service and schedule my own recall since they couldn't perform the repair, which shows a lack of customer service skills and concern.
