Communication about when the repairs would be complete were poor. I understand that things happen to change things up from time to time, but starting at **** ****/2 days for repair to 8 days for repair once you have the car is a little over the top. I feel like my questions weren't adequately answered by "the guy in the back". He did offer to pay for the extra rental days which I appreciated. Not impressed with the cutesie texts & being told the car would be done by Mondsy & then dragging it out to Wed. again. I appreciate not rushing the job & doing good work but I'm glad I hadn't made plans to go on vacation . Thanks for asking.
