The quote was to specifically remove both the rear spoiler and the rear bumper, repair them, and buff/detail the entire car. When I arrived to pick up the vehicle, the price was 300 plus lower than the original quote. It was discovered that the rear spoiler was not removed and repainted, but rather the scratch was attempted to be simply bugged out. Not sure why the decision was made to do that when I specifically stated that I wanted it removed and painted. The scratch is still very evident, which I am not sure how it was not addressed by the staff once the work was completed and the scratch was still there. There are also imperfections in the rear bumper where the deep gouge was fixed. Both of these issues were pointed out to the Production Manager and now I will have to bring the car back in to correct these issues. That is an inconvenience for me since I live in Litchfield and work in Springfield. I already had to pay for a rental for two days this last time, and now I will have to get another rental to get back and forth from home to work. Unfortinately we are leaving for vacation on Friday July 10th, so the repair will have to eat until I return, but the Production Manager seems to be willing to address the issues and even offered to get me a rental car. We will see how the repairs turn out the second time. I just wish they would have completed the work as requested the first time.

You all were quick to respond. Didn't mind someone who just dropped in even though you were very busy. Sent directly to my insurance company so I didn't have to fill out any paper work or take time from work to do so.

They claimed they were going to go over everything and make sure that everything was done correctly and it was not. I drove one and a half hours one way to find many issues that were overlooked or poorly done. The mirror was broken and not replaced as they claimed would be replaced. The tint was redone since it was scratched on window removal and when they had it redone it was poor quality and looked terrible. There was something on the outside of the window. The fender flare was marred up. There were swirl marks down most of the side of the truck and buffing compound was on the black plastic pieces in several spots. It was definitely not gone over to the extent I would have expected. I am extremely disappointed and frustrated that I drove 3 hours round trip for no reason.

I was very satisfied by Zara's. They kept me informed on how everything was going during the whole repair.

We were very satisfied with the repair that were done to our car. We had an older car with high miles and zara's was able to locate a used quarter panel that matched the car and kept the cost of repair down.

I liked that you kept me updated on the progress of work on my car. Everyone I came I contact with was very friendly and helpful. I would recommended Zara's to my friends and family.
