Everything was great minus the enterprise rental and that's wants Zara's fault. I asked for a van or truck because my truck was getting worked on and I got a Jeep Compass which is very small. I love the communication piece from Zara's which is great kept me in the loop. I know that takes time but is a for sure game changer in customer service.
