I endured a horrible experience on March 12th and Kim made it bearable. I was she shock up and numb when I walked in Zara's, but Kim made it her business to assure me everything was going to be ok. She is truly a heaven sent. Everyone made me feel very comfortable thru the entire process. They kept me in the loop every step of the way with the repairs with my car. Zara's is a excellent place to take your car to for body work, because they want just fix your car they will go out their way to reassure you that everything will be okay. I love this place.

We were very glad Zara’s was the repair center used by our insurance carrier. We’ve been very impressed with Zara’s community involvement over the years, and using them for our repair was a superb experience. From the time of contact to pick up, we were informed of every step in the repair process. Kim managed the repair for us and we could not be more pleased with the professionalism and friendliness she extended to us.
The repair done by Zara’s- we were ‘rear ended’ -to our bumper was such that it was indestinguishable from new. The itemized bill was explained in detail, we were escorted to the car and every area of repair was identified. Zara’s gets multiple Gold Stars from us and a unequivocal recommendation. These folks are just plain ‘great’.
