I was very frustrated with an unknown driver side hitting my car in the parking lot. So i have to get my car fixed, pay $1000 deductible and watch my insurance rates go up because of some unknown person without the decency to leave a note. This was my frame of mind when contacting Gosch Collision. They repaired my car ahead of schedule and showed empathy for my circumstances.
