My bumper was cracked and I needed to replace it. I have AAA insurance and they referred me to Gosch. The staff was friendly, helpful and professional. Because my insurance included a rental, there was an Enterprise office right there. Gosch has great communication, texts every day to keep me appraised of progress. The work was perfect. Very highly recommended.

Kayla and Randy are excellent estimators! Both made me feel comfortable, and were there to help me through a normally stressful process. I was dealing with another person's insurance and they were not very helpful or responsive. Very thankful that Randy was able to work with me through their lack of communication, and get my car back to me very promptly after the insurance lagged! The other insurance wanted me to go elsewhere to have my vehicle fixed, but I preferred Gosch because Kayla made a great first impression. She was kind, helpful, and made me feel at ease in an area that I have zero expertise or knowledge in. I also felt Gosch's facility was overall nicer. They were easy to find and park at, clean, had nice amenities like water and coffee, and very friendly receptionist!
