My experience was great! Sophie was awesome to work with and talk to. My only concern ( not really a concern) I found a water bottle left in my car with a **** liquid in it. I recognized as a "spitter" because I work with a lot of guys. I threw it away. No harm no foul. I am extremely happy with my car's repair, so I hope that only a reminder is given to the service guys ( who did an awesome job) to not leave spitters in clients cars. Thank you
