The front desk gal was nice and helpful. It's nice having Geico onsite to meet an adjusted and leave my car for repair at the same time. I do like getting the daily texts with updates as to what the status of the work on my vehicle is. That way if parts get delayed etc it doesn't leave a customer in the dark. Overall experience was great and would refer friends and family to have their vehicles repaired at ARA Carstar also. Trevor Hickam was especially helpful in locating the window I needed for my car.

The car turned out great only complaint I had was over geico and the fact they told me they were paying for everything but I still had to pay the tax on my rental but the employees at carstar said they would contact Mike on my behalf.
