No one likes getting into an accident and dealing with the repairs. Everyone at Carstar was pleasant, friendly and knowledgeable. They kept me up to date thru the entire process texting me twice a week so I could track the progress of the repairs. Would definitely use them again and I give them 5 stars.

They tried really hard to get it done as quickly as possible for me. Parts caused a delay but they still managed to get it back to me fairly quickly and it looks lie it was never hit, so i am happy.

Everyone was very nice. My car was making a burning smell right after I got it. I went on line freeway, I don't know what or if it should be reported? The only thing, I was not told that the parts that was going to be used were going to be used parts!

It was just that on Wed I was told that my car was ready for pickup on Fri at 4:45. I show up at 4:45 on Fri and am told that the car is not ready and have to go back through the rental process for a car until Monday

There were things that were incomplete things that I asked not to be done that we're done marker on side of cars was crooked and in wrong location. Seems to me that nobody really checked out the work before I showed up. I have to take my car back for them to comolete it like it should have been the first time

They did a fabulous job repairing the damage to my vehicle. I was a little disappointed with the amount of time it took but the shop provided me with a rental for a few days. I thought that was a kind jester. In the future if unfortunately have another accident they will have my business once again!!
