The new van door is making a lot of noice at highway speed. The old door didn’t make these noises. Can you fix this please?

When I picked it up vehicle it was raining hard so told them I would look it over when it wasn't raining. Upon looking it over I found a run on passenger side box, roll pan on right side to body has a big gap that it didn't have before, & also had paint chunks/chip above and below drivers side tail light that it didn't have at the time of the accident. I take pride in my vehicle and this is my toy that I like to keep in good condition as best as I can given the year.
