When inspecting the car after my wife brought it home, we found several pieces of dirt in the paint on the bumper cover. There was a gouge in the upper cowl that had just been painted over, and a piece of dirt. The two covers on the side of the lower grill were missing. I have not spoken with anyone regarding these issues as of yet, I was going to bring the car back by. I look forward to speaking with a representative so we can come to a resolution.

My car looked great inside and out. There was a bracket I noticed hanging down they got someone out immediately to fix it.
The only other thing I would say is at checkout it would be nice to have a follow up conversation with the same person who did the estimate. At that point I may have found out about not washing my car for two weeks instead of hearing about it from multiple friends.
