I've had my car worked on by you guys twice and each time it has looked absolutely amazing. You would never know it was in an accident.

Work done right the first time.

I understand that we had some snow storms that delayed being able to finish on schedule, but felt there was a lack of communication. I was getting emails saying that everything was on schedule, but then received an email that my car was not going to be ready only a half hour before I was supposed to be able to pick it up. I had not checked my email until I had already dropped off my rental car and was at the body shop. A phone call the day before would have been nice. I ended up spending 3 hours between dropping my rental, getting them to drive me to the body shop, the body shop being on lunch break, getting a ride back to the rental car place, and getting into another vehicle. On top of that, I now have to go back and get approval from insurance for the extra days. And again, my car was delayed 4 days from the original date, but I had no communication that it had been delayed another 3 days after that. I had to make the phone calls to find out status. Finally, to be honest, the work that was done looks good, but it’s not perfect. The molding under the rear right door is not sitting completely flush like it’s supposed to be. Overall, the people I interacted with were nice and professional, but communication was lacking and I’m not completely satisfied with the work. Thank you.

you changed my appointment date without tell me and sent me a text with expected bill that was wro g. the quality of the work was good.

Both Susan and Craig showed concern that our car would be fixed as soon as possible and that we would be happy with the work when completed. They kept in close contact calling to give us updates and returning our calls promptly when we had questions.

My truck looks better then when I drove it off the lot!!

From start to finish, the auto body team was great to work with, courteous and professional. In my case, I needed my car repaired sooner than expected. My daughter was taking it back to school with her. They were able to squeeze us in and repaired the car as promised and on schedule.

Craig Testa was excellent in the whole process from estimate of repairs to scheduling the work. The quality of work was outstanding and done in a timely manor.

NOT a well done job. over charged me. part missing on car. paint finish poor / imperfections / not complete, bare metal under hood. moisture in new head lamp. bumper not installed correctly. Question: Is there a Quality Control inspector in your process?

Craig, from the body shop, was excellent to work with, very friendly and very accommodating! I really appreciated that he treated me like a valuable customer.

I was not given new parts.
