Our Acura was not fixed correctly. The front passenger door and panel, which you repaired, bent the first time we opened the passenger door. There is a gap and the door can’t open properly. We notified McCollum with pictures and texts on October 3rd and brought the car in the morning of the 7th. The manager promised to get back to us, but we still haven’t heard anything. We also texted on October 12th, but received no response. We have discussed the repair failure with our insurance company, USAA.

Yes, although I do think that something is wrong with the alinement from the accident. The steering is kinda wonky and still doesn't drive how it did before the accident. I mentioned this during intake, but they said nothing was wrong.
