When o arrives to pick up the accord still had a couple of scratches wax Dist all over the car splotchy Lether seats where they tried to woe it down overall not bad just frustrating to wait 4 days to get your car and it's not ready.

Cosmetic and mechanical repairs were not done to our full satisfaction. Initial repairs took two weeks. When we picked up our truck, noticable damages were visible. We dropped it back up and took another week to get it repaired. New scratches were on the bumper and the mechanical noise wasn't resolved. Never again will we take our vehicles there or recommend anyone to this place.

the repairs took awhile and the i had no rental car the day i arrived, enterprise guy wasnt there. I had to get a ride to another place, and they put me in a truck which cost me a lot on gas. The staff was good. i wish the deductible could be paid in payments, that would be a cool option.
