Vehicle was no where near completely repaired on the first attempt to pick up. The workers tried to say "that's how it's supposed to be" when it was clearly not. In addition to this when the vehicle was ready the 2nd time it was late on a Friday when we were notified. I was unable to go to pick it up due to work so I had to wait until Monday. This caused the insurance company to charge me for the rental car because sigs said repairs were completed on Friday. If the repairs were done correctly the first time I wouldn't be out 112$ for no reason. Will never come here for service again. Also, female employee repeatedly said "****" while I was waiting with my 5 year old and 3 year old daughters.

There was an initial lag in communication about when the work could commence on my car and then missed communication on the availability of parts, but the top looks very nice and works well.
