The estimated timeline kept changing due to delays in obtaining needed parts. I think if we had known this would be an issue, we would have waited to bring the car in until after the parts arrived to minimize the amount of time we were without a car (6 weeks for a repair that typically takes 2 weeks) as well as our frustration. We could have driven the car with the damage until then.

Upon arrival at Alameda Collision Center my husband and I were greeted by Ricky. He was both welcoming and professional. Ricky offered us coffee/water, in short he is very hospitable. We were also extremely impressed with how quickly Ricky was able to guide us through the paperwork and entire repair process. He paused often to make sure we understood what was happening and invited us to ask questions.He went above and beyond to also set-up our rental vehicle.
