I picked up my VW cc yesterday and was completely satisfied on two counts; First, my car was ready one week early! Second, it looks fantastic! You would never tell from looking that it had been in an accident...great job!

The repair took longer than first thought and I did not know that it would be another 5 days at the shop until I called on THursday to ask what time the car would be ready on Friday. No one called us to tell us that the repair would take longer than anticipated or to ask us if that would be OK. The final repair to the car was excellent, but your communications were poor.

Took over a week to get the initial estimate. Seemed like work on my car was an after thought. I felt shorter easier jobs took priority over my car which delayed the completion. I received a text from this site on ****/11/16 and didn't get another text until 2/8/16. I was not kept updated on what was going on. I had to personally stop by to find out status. I would not recommend to Carstar to USAA.

I was originally advised that my car would be ready on Friday, 2/5. I called directly about 4:00 pm and was advised that the car was baking to dry the pin striping due to colder weather and that it would be ready by 5. I finally received a text message at 5:18 pm stating the car was ready, but there was no way I could then drive up from Melbourne in rush hour traffic in time and then on to Enterprise to return the rental. I was told I could then pick up the car on Saturday before 10 am. When I arrived on Saturday, the car was not ready. There were circular buff marks that needed further polishing, etc., on the repaired area. I do not want to have to pay out of pocket for the car rental for the weekend as the car was not really completed to my satisfaction. Please notify USAA that car needed to remain in the shop until Monday, until completed. Thank you, Mr. Hutchings.

Here is the good: Appreciate your friendly staff, and ongoing communication. Here is what has made us dissatisfied : the paint and clear coat on the hood of our car is now flawed- there are bubbles and craters visable as soon as we got home and dried the car off.
