Jeff and Shane went out of their way to help deal with the inefficiencies of the insurance company. Not to mention the work they did on the car was top notch!! Hope I never have to, but if I need car repair service again I’d definitely go back. And definitely recommend!!!

The car was not cleaned perfectly inside the interior. Grease hand prints were left on the inside of my driver's side door and in the back where all the work was done. Alignment was not perfect either. I had also requested they look at the rear camera because the "red, yellow, green" brackets were not showing like they used to and when I got the car back they still were not there. I do not want to return the car for anything else because the process has already taken too long for me. Customer service and staff were great to deal with. Everyone was very pleasant and explained everything thoroughly throughout the whole process.
