When we picked up car there was a scratch on the bumper that was not there when we brought the car in to be repaired. There was also a scratch left due to accident. The car was given a lick and promise as far as being delivered clean, sloppy job.
There was a bright spot! Teresa was outstanding, she personally buffed the scratches out. She was terrific. Whatever you're paying her it's not enough. She saved the day for us.

Everyone that I talked with from the minute I arrived at the GEICO desk until the day I returned to Jenkins to pick up my car was very helpful. I was very happy to get text messages every day telling me how they were doing and when the due date would be. They were several days earlier than had been expected which was a real thrill to me. The lady in the office that I was going to give a check to was having trouble with the machine but worked everything out just fine. She was very helpful to work with on that. I hope to never have another accident but if I should or know of any friend that would need your help I would definitely recommend Jenkins Collision. Thank you for making my day as having an accident had really been a nerve wracking experience for me.
