I am completely satisfied with the repair however the experience was less so. Since the repair was initially estimated to be **** week and ended up being longer than 2 weeks I would have appreciated getting regular updates on the progress. I was apprised of the problems but several times thought it was completed when it actually was not.

I was so disappointed when a limb fell onto my car causing a comprehensive claim. I was not looking forward to the inconvenience of having body work done and being without my vehicle. The automatic text that you send make no sense at all. They don't tell the real status of your vehicle. It cost me a wasted trip to Ocala from Summerfield about a half hour ride for my wife and I. Your system told me my vehicle was done when in fact it was not. Once I got there I'm told it would be the next day. I get home and I get a call at 5:00 pm that it's done, so back to Ocala we go with 30 minutes to get there. Very stressful situation. Would not do it again. Your employees are not very happy about that system either it something they have no control over and they have to apologize to your customers for something that's out of their control.
