I have been waiting since late July for the work to be done. John Reely dropped the **** in September, I lost a whole month in October when there was no follow up from **** ****, and now I am waiting on Cid, who said back on Nov. 3 that he would "get right on it" (and yes, he did do a thorough assessment and clearly explained everything to me, so I was hopeful when that happened that things would get taken care of).
So yeah, you can make me "completely satisfied" if you would just take care of what should have been done FOUR MONTHS AGO.

There is a rattling noise when I close the driver's door. Possibly the mirror is loose? I have already been in contact with Mr. Knitz who is being tremendously helpful. We simply need to coordinate a convenient time for me to bring the car in for investigation. I'm the delaying factor here, not Mr. Knitz. Thus, the repair still needs a second look.

While the process took longer than I expected, I was kept informed of every change and never left in the dark about what was going and why there was a change.
