I was disappointed that the communication between **** **** and Geico was not better. I felt like I had to make the communication happen to adjust the deductible amount, I called more than once speaking to a live person at the body shop only to be transferred. Upon transfer I was still unable to get a resolve the last time. I called Geico customer service and thankfully the representative kept me on the line until she was able to call herself to get the situation resolved. I do not understand why it
Took me having to do all of that when there Are Geico reps on site. Very dissatisfied with that service. As for the work on the car, it all looks good and my car is working good. The paint and body work was good.
