Had vehicle for a little over a month (arrived at Feb 6) with about 4 date changes for completion. From 3/2 to 3/6 to 3/7. Then on 3/7 at 5pm I received a call saying it was finished and asking how far away I lived (they closed at 530). I was told to come in the morning instead of them waiting an extra 10-15 minutes after having my vehicle over a week longer than expected.

Casey Collision Center service was OUTSTANDING in every regard! I made the appointment on line on Saturday. On Monday I got a call to confirm the appointment. Kevin Ranger realized I lived in Williamsburg so he told me to meet him at the Casey Toyota in Williamsburg vs. driving to Newport News. I met him there and he provided a reasonable quote to repair the damage. I said okay lets look for a date to bring it in. He said "I can take it now."! He had the vehicle driven to Newport News, made the repairs - within the quote - and delivered it back in two days as promised! OUTSTANDING! It was quick and easy to get the repairs done. The quote was detailed and comprehensive. The convenience of dropping the car off at Casey Toyota in Williamsburg was FANTASTIC! I've used Casey Collision in the past and went back again. Kevin Ranger was absolutely SUPERB! He kept me informed all the way. Updated me on changes in delivery, etc. This was absolutely the best accident we have ever had.....and that's a good thing!! 5 STARs to Kevin Ranger!!

Although I am completely satisfied with the mechanical work and the paint work I was a little sad to find out that the pinstripping was not carried around the car. I didn't notice until after I left but the left side of the car looks great while the right side has the older, weathered pinstripping. I am sure this would have cost extra but it would have been worth the additional cost whether it be billed to insurance or to me directly. Thanks for overall great work you do!
