My Acura is not at your garage! I picked it up a few weeks ago because your adjuster guy told me that my car was a total loss. Every time I spoke to someone on the phone there, I couldn't seem to get a clear answer on what to do with my car & if you guys could repair it for me. So I picked it up and took it somewhere else to get repaired. My insurance has told me, since picking it up from you, that my car is repairable. I had a great experience last year when you repaired my car after getting rear ended, but this time it was terrible. It's too bad you guys created this situation and can't fix my car. My insurance will be paying another garage to repair my car.

I say completely because I like the job your shop did. The one critique I wil mention is you should always give your customer touch up paint . So easy when you have matched paint to take a little aside and bottle it with a brush inside the container . It’s those little touches that costs the price of a container and 2oz of paint and makes you look good.

Excellent customer service

Competent employees who answered my questions or found the answers and called me back in a timely fashion. They arranged the towing of my vehicle when the insurance company’s tow service was delayed. Turn around time for repair estimate was short. I would use them again.

I arrived a little dazed with my smashed car via tow truck. My daughter had received her driver's license the day before and on this morning wanted to drive to work, in a personal celebration of independence. She didn't get far - **** block from our home - before crashing into a parked car. She exchanged information with the couple who owned the car and were woken up with a big bang. She ran home crying. She was sobbing and so embarrassed. I told her to take a Lyft and go to work, I'd handle it. But I'd never been in a car crash, so everything was new to me. Fortunately your team at Alioto's were patient and understanding. I probably asked obvious questions several times; never-the-less everyone I spoke to was patient and also very clear and I felt like I was in trust worthy hands. No one overpromised or over-sold the damages and repair or the time it would take before my car would be repaired and ready to be picked up. The next step was to get a replacement loaner car. I am very grateful that your garage provided a driver to take me to the Enterprise rental car lot. Without your help, that would have been a challenge. I said this when I picked up my car: the exterior looked better than before the crash. It looks like I have a new car! Someone even vacuumed the interior. I knew the inside was dusty so that was very much appreciated. I think because so many parts were replaced - just a guess now- but you should know the car now drives better than it did before the crash. I'd always taken the car to the Toyota dealer for its scheduled maintenance, but your garage did a better job than they ever did. Can I now come to you for the car's scheduled maintenance?
