Can't tell you how impressed and appreciative I am of the experience you all provided. I lead a very busy life and I was really dreading having to get my car repair done. You folks all made the process indrediably seemless, going as far as to bring my car to me when I was busy stuck at work and unable to get it myself. Rest assured a stellar review will be posted on Yelp, but I can't tell you enough how awesome you've all been. Without a doubt I will be coming back for any future work I need done on my car.

I really appreciated the level of service provided, and the tie in with the rental car through enterprise. When the job was to take longer than originally estimated I was very pleased that Aliotos paid for the additional rental car fees beyond their original estimated date of completion. Excellent work!

98% of the work that was done was amazing. You guys communicated with me with status updates and the car looks great. However, I did call in and talk to Rodger asking that if he could find out if back bumper was going to be replaced because I would need to get another parking permit sticker. I was told not to worry about it and that the shop goes to great lengths so save these stickers and transfer them to the new bumper.
Well that didn't happen and when I parked my car on the street after picking it up, I got a ticket for not having a sticker on my bumper. That was pretty frustrating.

Since the left headlight was knocked off in the accident, there was a warning message on the dashboard, whenever the lamp was powered. The replacement lamp works fine, but the warning message still come on. I don't know how to fix that

Despite the mix-up by Gieco, the totality of my experience with Alioto's was amazing. It's a gritty environment, but their dedication to clients is amazing. I would absolutely go there even if paying out of pocket for repairs. Yes!
