Aliotos has exceeded my expectations. I called the morning of regarding a repair to my rear view mirror and was accommodated within the hour. I was able to pick up my car the day of. To my surprise, it was half the cost of what my insurance originally told me. I picked up my car and noticed that Aliotos even went out their way to vacuum and also clean my floor mats at no additional cost. Aliotos customer service is 10/10 they have gone above and beyond. My front sensor on my car does not work and my tire pressure was loan. I would expect you all to have checked this prior to me picking up my vehicle. Very disappointed that I have to come back on Monday to get my car checked out again, after Alioto’s having it for almost 3 weeks.

- Kudos on great helpful attitudes. Friendly really helps in stress filled situation.
- I had 2 different jobs being done simultaneously and had to request information/estimate twice on the non insurance work.
- The lack of parking area when intake bay is full leaves customers vulnerable on busy Bayshore Blvd or blocks sidewalk for pedestrians. Double-parking is not a good solution safety-wise. Perhaps schedule gaps between intake appointments during peak busy times to rotate cars always leaving one space inside?
-FYI, no one wants to read sommelier magazines while waiting.
