No, I am not satisfie with the repair that has been done on my car. The side mirror that has been replaced does not match the existing finish, they replaced a gloss finish instead of mat finish. This will not work and does not match exiting finish of the car. They should have check the finish product before calling me that repair is comple and and to pick up the car. I wasted 3 hrs today, leaving working early and picking up the car. Now again, I will have to take time off from from work and bring the car in and take time off to pick the car. it's very inconvenience for me since I am a working mom. Also, during the pickup, I felt very rushed. Please call me back, and take care of this. My number is ****-****-xxxx. Looking forward to hearing from you.

Ken was a pleasure to work with. He patiently answered all of my questions and very accommodating throughout the process. Having an Enrerprise agent with cars on-site was extremely convenient. I wasn’t happy that my car was kept 6 days longer than I had originally been quoted, but I always had the most up to date information thanks to the text updates. I am very satisfied with the repairs completed and I appreciate knowing that I can bring the car in should I have any issues.

The Whole Process with having Geico, Enterprise, and Aliotos working together was AMAZING, wonderful, efficient and almost surreal. I've never been in an accident when I've had such great treatment on all aspects. The accident wasn't my fault and it was the LAST thing I needed at the time. The whole process took away all of the stress and potential anxiety completely away from the incident. GREAT JOB!!!!!! I tell everyone I know about the great experience.
