My car is now at a mechanic. I understand you are a body shop, but I was unable to drive it home safely from your shop. No one explained this to me when I picked it up. I had to figure it out for myself.

When I get time, I will put something on Yelp. Alioto's Garage gave me a Christmas present. One comes to expect that "service", e.g., house painters, cleaning personnel, gardeners, etc., will barely function up to "acceptable". My little white car was returned to me by Alioto's staff gleaming clean and so perfectly repaired I think it looks better than it did when I drove it off the show room floor! Service was excellent, and car is in good shape. Didn't love that I was told my car was done on Friday and showed up on Monday and it was still missing a bumper.
All in all though very friendly staff and would use Aliotos if I get rear ended again. Hope you get a bigger spot soon, that drive way is a bit brutal!

The quality of the repair was excellent and everything about the experience was great. One thing though: I had Alioto repair the same rear bumper a few years ago and was told that this model car had an issue with the rear bumper not being able to be properly attached and therefore there was nothing the shop could do to make the side of the rear bumper fit flush on the sides. Yet, with this recent repair, the rear bumper was properly installed and now (finally) fits flush all around. Suspicious that what couldn't be done a few years ago now can.
