The service was excellent and the quality of repairs seems to be excellent as well. My only comment is regarding your automatic email system that seemed out of sync with the actual progress of our car. I got an email on Friday saying it was only a few hours from being ready, and then got another only and hour or so later saying it would be a two more days. Then I received one concirming Tuesday at 4:30, but when I arrived at 4:40 the shop was surprised and asked whether I had received a phone call. I said no, but I had an email. They did hurry and finished washing the car and buffed out one scrape on a new fender for me, so it worked out fine, but making sure the automatic system more closely follows the actual work would make the process smoother and better set expectations.
