It's mildly annoying to have to call to the "call center" to be transferred to the location you need to speak with. I was on hold for a long time (over 5 minutes once) and was never connected through. However, once I had a direct line to the Columbia branch, it was much easier as they answered the phone on the first couple rings each time I called.
Repairs were FANTASTIC and my car hasn't looked this good since I bought it....(I cannot believe you got all the dog hair out!!!) I practically live in my car as I commute to work each day so it gets gross fast!!
While I don't wish to have with another car repair needed in the future, if I have to entrust anyone with my car, I'd definitely come back to you guys in a heartbeat! Extremely simple to work with, direct business with Enterprise and everything was as speedy as it could have been!

This has to be the best body shop I've ever been to. It's the little things, ya know? Complimentary drinks, for example. It's the big things too, like making sure my car looks like an accident had never happened. Also, Brett was awesome! He took time out of his day to buff out some marks on my vehicle, even though we didn't know if it was there before or after the repair. My kudos all around for making my life easy at a time when I needed it to be that way! Keep on doing what you're doing.
