I was thankful that it was repaired prior to the deadline and VERY pleased that the interior was cleaned and vacuumed, that was an unexpected, much needed, bonus. Having 4 young children makes keeping the car clean feel impossible most days.

From the constant communication updating me on the progress of the repairs on my beloved Blanche to the totally unexpected and very needed interior detail, doing business with Schaefer was a joy! I grew up in my dad's body shop and was a little worried about letting someone "unknown" do the work that was needed after I was an unwitting participant in a deer's suicide plans. Your staff went above and beyond to answer my questions. I so appreciate Brett meeting me, on a Sunday no less, so I could pick up Blanche a full six days earlier than the original estimate!
