There is a crack in the bumper. It was either overlooked during the repair process or caused during the repair process but it wasn't there before the accident. Please call me ASAP to arrange a time for this to be repaired.

Car repair was excellent. I could tell that Unique is trying to make the experience better by adding service details which I much apprecitate. But someone should have double checked the car before returning it. While the outside was clean, the trunk had repair dust in it, and someone left their partial drink in the cup holder.

Thankfully we didn't need the car during the repair period, but it was originally promised two weeks later on Tuesday and it wasn't until Friday that we were able to pick it up.
So far everything seems to be fine with it.
