I really haven't spent much time looking at car or driving yet, but so far everything appears fine and all systems appear to work well. The shop was timely with the repair and Diana was pleasant and kept us up to date with timing of completion. It all seemed to work well with the GEICO XP service.

My experience with Putnam Chrysler Dodge Jeep Kia was amazing. I’m presently on active duty serving in a he U.S. Navy stationed in Norfolk, VA. While on leave my vehicle encountered ‘black ice’ and the result of the front end impact left my vehicle in an unsafe state. After filing the claim with my insurance, Dario stepped up and assured me that the repairs, although expedited, would be done before I had to report back to the ship. This left him and his team three days to order the parts and assemble them. In the end Dario had the job done and I was able to depart MA on time and return back to the ship. I cannot express enough how much I appreciated what he did for me, given the time line and also the weather system befell the area. Please extend my most grateful appreciation to Dario and his team of professionals. If ever the need arises that I need further vehicular repairs I would most assuredly seek them out again. Thank you again for a job well done.
