My wife and I have had our vehicles repaired at ServiceKing several times. I have always been pleased with the level of service and the polite and competent staff members at the Chicago Heights shop. Your associates have offered me a complementary ride home after leaving my vehicle for repair, and returned it cleaner than it was when it was brought in. I hate having to require your services, the Chicago Heights shop it my first choice for its convenient location, its streamlined claims relationship with our insurance company and excellent service.

During the period of time you guys had my car it was great! The staff was very professional and kept me updated everything was great. But when I picked up my car I noticed a few things right away but I was in a hurry because I was running late for something. The next day when I looked closely into my car I noticed that not only did the not paint my handles involved in the accident but switched the handles on my rear doors to hide that they didn’t paint it. It’s one thing to forget or not paint something but to try and hide is shady and unprofessional. When I brought my car back they argued with me about saying that didn’t happen. Finally got through to them and got it in today and they claim they’re going to fix it in a day. I have many year in the automotive industry as a service technician. I find it very unlikely they’re going to finish today.
