Everything was ok until I got my car back. My horn and alarm system is not sounding. I can lock the door and press the alarm key. The lights will flash, but I cannot hear anything. Besides that, everything was ok. I just have to bring my car back to get that taken care of.

I would have appreciated an honest timeline for the repair of my Jeep. I was called the day of, 4 times, and told it wasn't going to be ready and it kept getting pushed back. Just be honest with your clients. If it will take a month to fix just say it and do not say 3 days and then 12 days and 21 days and then 26 days. I had planned accordingly each time, and was inconvenienced 4 times. Also my expensive floor mats were removed and lost and then found upon my insistence. I do not understand why floor mats needed to be removed on a rear-end repair.
Other than those two issues, Lisa was great and the other front desk staff. My Jeep is back to normal, just dusty inside; but understandably so I suppose.
