My repair wasn't completed before the projected time. I was told a loaner vehicle would likely be provided, but I was not contacted. When I went to pick up my car, there were several damaged areas that were not addressed and a newly damaged area that occurred during while my car was at Ray's. I had to take my car back to rays and was told the additional repairs (that were not completed the first time) would only take one day. Needless to say, tomorrow will be day 3. Nobody bothered to contact me to let me know that it would take longer than anticipated. I am beyond frustrated and baffled by the lack of communication. I don't mind if the job is running a bit over schedule, but please pick up your phone to let he customers know what is going on, especially after they have already expressed their concern with communication more than once. I have used rays in the past with no problems, but I am so disappointed with the service this time that it will be the last time I use your company.

First off my car battery was fine when it came in when I picked it up one of your guys had to jump me off and now its dead again.The second problem is now my cruise control doesn't work and also there is a scratch on my back passenger door that wasn't there before. The last thing is that you can't close my trunk with out slamming it.........

But FYI for future dealings with customers-
The actual repairs went well but the experience in the initial stages (took 3 days to get estimate) was extremely poor. I was not happy with how I was treated beforehand. The estimate took an extremely long time to get and I had to call multiple times. I thought it was extremely unprofessional that everytime I called I had to repeat every detail of what was wrong with my car.
