Everyone at Ray's Collision center was amazing. I came in with a trashed bumper, and Shawn went over everything with me and then helped set up getting a rental car. I really appreciated the texts that I received thanking me for my business and updating me on the car. When I got my car back, it had a beautiful bumper on it, and they even cleaned it up! I'm very grateful for the amazing service.

I am pleased with the front of the car. I am disappointed that my rim still has scratches. I asked the guy in the front if he could take care of a couple other very small scratches and he said no problem. They are still there. Other than that I'm pleased.

When I picked up the car there were white boot prints on the running board, inside of lower drivers door, door opening and white hand prints on the driver arm rest, steering wheel, and gear shift. There was paper on the floor mats but didn't help much. Since it was the second time I had to come out to check on it someone should have inspected it and made sure it was clean--especially since the tech guy who worked on it didn't care to clean it.

This is my second experience with Ray's and I have been very satisfied both times. Although I didn't get the text updates, my mom did, I really enjoyed that service. Every time I called Ray's they were very nice and answered all my questions. I also appreciate the lifetime warranty on Ray's work. I have no criticism.
