It was a 5 star experience! The customer service was top notch. They greet you, make the process easy. The adjuster and the auto shop look things over, while a rental agent sets you up with your rental. Everyone was kind and helpful! Easy and quick! I received frequent updates and my car was done before the estimated time frame! When I picked up my car it looked perfect!!! They even took the time to clean my car and vaccume it!!!
