Constant up dates as to were the car was in the repair process was great. Other than waiting for back ordered parts, out of your control the rest of the process was great !

They woman answering the phone was very rude whenever I called to check on the status of my car. They also had told my my vehicle was going to be ready on december 30th which was already a two week window and I was not provided a rental, they ended up ordered three damaged doors from the same vendor so it took even longer to get my car door done. When I went to pick my car up, which was promised to be done today, tuesday at 12 when i showed up and was ready to pay my deductable saidnit was not ready it would be ready by 4 when i got out of work, was not ready when i arrived. Woman and genttlemen were very rude. Not satisfied.
