Poor quality paint job, runs in the paint on the gate near license plate and not painted around glass you can see old color paint under it. Grubby hand prints all over the inside and not painted indside

The repair to the damage has been completed satisfactorily. However, there was grease left on both front seats as well as on the center console. A quick interior inspection and cleaning prior to releasing the vehicle would go a long way towards total customer satisfaction.

Overall the commitment to service was very high. One would never know the dent in the roof pane occurred.
The mistake in putting the roof rack backward was fixed quickly and the paint chip on the door was remedied by extra paint.
