Aside from the fact they haven't found my tail light cover the staff is amazing. They are friendly, polite and very helpful. This is the second time I've had my truck in and it had been atleast 3 years yet I walked in and they remembered me and my last repair. Love the crew and always recommend this shop to anyone needing repairs.

It would have been helpful to have a walk through of all the damage and repairs made when picking up the vehicle. I was shown the vehicle and basically told- 'well here it is.'
Headlight bulbs were replaced, covered by the claim, but function differently than the ones that were replaced (replacement bulbs start out dim and brighten over 5-10seconds... the original LED bulbs I had were instantly bright). I called the shop with a request for information on the type/brand of LED bulbs that were installed to make sure this is their intended function, but received no call back. The receptionist I spoke to stated over the phone that she thinks her bulbs function the same and it should be no issue. I was not satisfied with this reply.
I am satisfied with the bumper repair and paint job. I would still like info on the headlamp bulbs. I would rate customer service a 3.5 out of 5.

My perception: although I as the owner of the car was seeking an honest estimate, I felt as though I was negotiating directly with the insurance company and not an independent body shop I selected. That their financial interests were being considered above mine. I had to spend additional time to push for a more fair outcome. Although this makes the third time I have used your shop, I strongly considered backing out of having the work done by Carstar.
