Travis kept me informed on what was happening to my KIA. He would answer my questions in a timely manner. He even offered to stay late if I was going to be able to pick up my car yesterday afternoon.

I pick up my car today and notice that the front mud guard didn't fit correctly so I told the person that was helping me and he told me that it was a new part maybe when the temperature gets hotter is going to get better ( 92 degrees outside) when I got home the mud guard was falling apart so I went back and he try to fix it (not so good), Front door doesn't close like the other side so I ask him why he said that's the best they can do, I'm worry about a water leak. And the interior of the car is really dusty all over the seats front and back of the car.

I think this business is fair and in my opinion appears to be family oriented. As only a customer, i felt like part of the family, rather than a number assigned to an insurance claim. In the very beginning those guys sound good but everything change after I got the car back and spend sometime around. The after market parts not fitt right and the paint job is very low quality , body panels not properly installed , Brocken or missing push pins or clips , overspray all over the car!
The car was returned to me dirty and dusty
