I was notified my car was ready to be picked up. I got the car, then discovered a vibration through the steering wheel. I had to bring the car back, pay another deposit to Enterprise for another rental. I was told the tire was not balanced correctly. It cost me a few extra hours of vacation time at work to drop off and pickup again. It was completely avoidable. No need to contact me,I've said everything I needed to.
