Friendly and knowledgeable Kept me updated throughout the process

When I picked up the car to drive it home (I was actually driving) I noticed my check engine light was on. I had to turn around and back to Car Star to have them look at it. Instead of immediately grabbing the box that checks the engine light they had to look in the computer and figure out who did the work, who was assigned the post test etc. Finally they grabbed the box to check for the problem and the light went off. I’m assuming the box just had to go through a complete cycle to get all the sensors to reset. The gentleman that used the box got out and said sorry about that. I then go to leave and I now notice the lights on the radio aren’t off. Again I’m on the road so I pull over and call CarStar. A man named Jim or Tim something like that answered the phone and I told him about the radio lights and he said it’s probably your dome light so check that. I said that I was just there with a sensor light that was left on and now this I want you to check my car. It seems to me that you got the repair done and nobody did a final check on the car because I was there to pick it up. He then said mam your check engine light wasn’t even on when you brought it back up to us and it was. I then got mad and said so your calling me a liar and he said no you we just mistaken. I asked to talk to a manager and he said it’s late and no one is here. He then hung up the phone on me. I immediately called back and told him I was bringing the car back up to CarStar for him to do a final check and he told me your car is fine and I am going home. I told him I will come up on Monday and talk to a manage. I don’t get off work until around 3pm and I hope a manager will be there. It’s a shame that the customer service is great until there is a small problem and then if you question their work you are the one who is in the wrong.

Heath and his team are outstanding. Amber kept me informed during the entire process and Heath personally met me there when picking up my vehicle. Can't recommend them enough and if there was a scale from **** - 10, I'd give Heath and his team an 11. If I ever need them again, there's no doubt where I would take my vehicle.

CAR LOOKED GOOD, AND WAS DONE IN A TIMELY MANNER

Just one thing I noticed. The running lights are not coming on. Maybe just need to be plugged in? Don’t know... other than that, very satisfied with the work

Very good communications and customer service.

Not only was the work professionally done but it was completed a few days prior to original estimate. It is impossible to see where the damage was located. I was also pleased to know that the entire door panel was replaced even though it was thought that the original could be repaired. Mike did say that if they were not pleased with the appearance that they would replace it instead. This further gave me confidence in the excellent work done. I would recommend Carstar to others. Thanks to all of the front desk service personell and the crew who worked on the repairs.

Everything went so smoothly. We were treated with courtesy. All costs were spelled out and presented before work began, and there were no surprises when we picked up our vehicle. We will not hesitate to use them again.

Car had two issues after the repair to which we resolved in a professional manner, one around the gas cap which was then put on warranty, and a second with three missing stem caps. I was able to get all three back, AND a fourth making a complete set. Car was detailed and cleaned, looks practically brand new besides previous damage form another accident. Car runs the same, nothing else was missing, and the repairs where done in a timely manner. This was most convenient because I had to pay rental out of pocket and they made it a priority to get my car fixed and out of the shop at the original set date despite finding more damage internally on the vehicle. Exceptional work, exceptional customer service, exceptional communication, professionals all around.
