I wanted to say that I was very pleased at the professional service I received. Mike was the 1st one I felt with. He was very kind and told me he would let me know the damage as soon as it was looked at. They kept in touch with me daily regarding my car. Amber was great to answering any questions I had with my car or even returning my rental car.I went outside with Amber to look at my car. It looked brand new they had shined it.

I really like how I received text alerts updating me on the progress of my vehicle. Amanda Heliker did a amazing job explaining everything to me including a warranty which was a surprise to me.
